2.2 Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall only apply if we expressly agree to them in writing.
2.3 We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
3.2 By clicking the “Buy now” / “Place binding order” button, the Customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
3.3 We will confirm receipt of the order by automated email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance.
3.4 The contract is concluded upon our express acceptance (e.g. by a separate order confirmation email) or at the latest upon dispatch of the goods.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
4.2 Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and shall be borne by the Customer.
4.3 Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The accepted payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

5.4 If a product is not available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and will inform the Customer immediately.

6.2 We voluntarily grant a [e.g. 14-day] return period for unused and undamaged goods in original packaging, starting from the date of receipt by the Customer.
6.3 Custom-made, personalized, perishable or opened sealed products are generally excluded from return.
6.4 Returns are at the Customer’s expense and risk. We will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method.
7. Warranty and Liability for Defects
7.1 The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 et seq. OR) apply.
7.2 The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any defects in writing without delay (at the latest within 5 working days).
7.3 Care and washing instructions: Every linen bedding product is supplied with care instructions (on the label and/or an enclosed care card). These instructions must be followed precisely. We are not liable for any damage, shrinkage, discoloration or other changes caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, use of bleach, fabric softener or any other improper care or use.
7.4 In case of justified defects (not caused by improper care), we are entitled, at our choice, to repair, replace, reduce the price or cancel the contract.
8. Liability
8.1 We are liable only for direct damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
8.2 Liability for slight negligence, indirect/consequential damage, loss of profit or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
